Aloe Vera is probably the most common house plant across the globe. It has fantastic medicinal uses and air purifying capabilities which makes it a great add on to any household, but it's also one of the lowest maintenance plant. It quite drought tolerant so it can be pretty forgiving for being neglected.
Light
Aloe Vera requires full sun or at the very best a super bright spot. Protect from frost. If growing in an area that receives freezing seasonal temperatures, overwinter indoors and move outside into full sun as soon as the last danger of frost has passed. It will benefit tremendously by growing outdoors in the warmer frost free months.
Watering
Plant in a well draining soil and water thorough when the soil has become fairly dry, about an inch down. That means about every 7-14 days in summer or warmer months.
